Hello… I’m Lucy the founder of Your Ideal Fit. Thank you for visiting.
My fitness teaching experience includes 1,000’s of hours working directly with clients in premium clubs, gyms and fitness centres in central London for over a decade. I’ve worked with private clients in their homes and remotely (Skype / Zoom) for many years, often continuing sessions when they travel worldwide. Typical private clients range from busy professionals, pre and post natal mums through to celebrities and foreign royalty.
My recent journey becoming a mum has taught me first hand, the value of exercise throughout pregnancy and now gaining strength and confidence recovering from the birth of my son.
