Matwork Pilates
Without props
60 min Matwork Pilates class - no equipment needed other than a mat if you have one. All levels welcome as modifications are always offered throughout class for beginners and more advanced participants. This is a classical, technically minded practice, focused on correct body alignment and appropriate breath patterns.
With props
60 min Matwork Pilates class - introduces exercise variations utilising a variety of props including Pilates mini stability ball, flexband and fitness circle. Minimum required for class is the mini stability ball and flexband. Typically designed for non-beginners, the props provide added challenges in the form of instability, resistance and range of movement.
Barre Fitness
Want a dancer’s body?
60 min upbeat combination of ballet barre and Pilates exercises, integrated with music to get the heart rate pumping. This class is a non-stop workout, borrowing technique and movements from dance and crafted into a free flowing, fun and energetic session. Your heart rate will increase, you will sweat, so get ready for a burn.

Complete Postnatal series, specifically designed for new mums. Starting gently and building confidence following the expert guidance of a certified Postnatal expert instructor, with her own baby.
UK Chief Medical Officer Official Physical Activity guidelines say new mums should aim for at least 150 mins of exercise weekly. This is roughly 25 mins a day, 6 days a week and the basis of the Postanal Exercise series.
